"Very nice stay for the second time. The location is superb. The flat is nice but needs some improvements. We missed cusions on thebalcony furniture, a better sunscreen and a coffee brewer that is not leeking. Minor thinks to make the stay even nicer. But on the whole, very good."

"We have stayed here several times, but this time the price was unusually high. It doesn't correspond with the basic facilities anymore. For instance the beds lack quality. Scenery is still perfect but the accomodation needs to upscale (or lower the price)."

"The landlord Sam was very helpful and had the cleaners come on Sunday after my arrival on Saturday to clean the fridge and the stove were not very thighty. Also he quickly helped to get the technician to be able to enter the building (when the sun shown all day the door widened and could almost not be opened). There were ants in the kitchen. After a week I wanted to switch apartments with one that was closer to my friend and which was empty because a couple had cancelled, he said that I wouldn't get money back for the second week and the landlady of the empty apartment would have given me a discounted price. Therefore I thought I wasn't treated really nicely in this situation and I will seek to find another apartment next time.

To change locations after the arrival is dificult, as we work several owners and as in this case, two different owners were concerned, it is to be considered a cancelación when one wants to switch. In case the owner is the same, switching properties would've been more easy. We are sorry if this has disappointed you."

"Very well cleaned on arrival. Equally large for max 4 people. When the sofa bed is used, the front door is blocked. Not particularly well equipped. Air conditioning is available, but only in the kitchen. The stairs up to the apartment are narrow and steep, not suitable for young children or persons with disabilities. Alquila Homes staff are professional, nice and helpful if problems arise."

"Goed verblijf,alleen de wifi verbinding was zeer slecht. Ook het wachtwoord ontbrak, ook nadat we hierover gebeld hadden met de mevr. die ons ontving.

"Buenas, pasamos unos días en este apartamento y todo estaba como en las fotos. Cinco camas, cuarto de baño pequñito, pero gracioso, la cocina está bien y puedes comer en la terraza o en la playa, ya que cocinas y la playa está 5 metros, osea todo un lujo. La dueña expléndida, si te hace falta algo no dudes en pedírselo, además nos guardo aparcamiento a nuestra llegada, todo un detallazo. Además tienes al lado Pontegordo, buenas paellas y pescadito que encargas y te lo puedes llevar a la playa y el bar La Rosa, buen café y gente sana. En fin un sitio para pasar unas vacaciones, baratitas y de lujo. Un saludo Manoli. Vicente... "

"Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Wenn man 10 Sterne für die Lage der Wohnung vergeben könnte würden wir das tun :-) Einziger Nachteil der Wohnung waren die Matratzen, die wirlich mal ausgetaucht werden sollten. Die Abwicklung mit AlquilaHome war von A-Z Super gut, jederzeit gerne wieder, und Sam von AlquilaHome ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle wenn man irgendetwas möchte. Wir haben auf jeden Fall schon für das nächste Jahr wieder unserern Urlaub gebucht und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf. Fazit; empfehlenswert und ganz besonders zu empfehlen.
